Responsibilities:
As the finance section manager, to provide effective support to business operation, properly monitor control risk and enable improvement actions being implemented, provide high quality and business meaningful data-based analysis to management team to drive business, act in a relatively independently manner in the plant to ensure transparency being provided through finance channel and introduce SE best practices into plants for business sustainability.

1. Lead regular finance operation interacted with both internal and external customers (costing, controlling, closing, reporting, collection, etc.), covering both commercial and plant operation

2. Lead the business review process in support of both GSC and BU requirements

3. Being a business partner to BU and provide efficient business support to BU

4. Ensure complete review and control in place for commercial tendering, contract and execution

5. Drive efficiency improvement in existing business process and benchmark with other plants

6. Improving costing for existing product lines to support new initiatives

7. Influence and enhance internal control awareness throughout the organization, identify control weakness and drive improvement

8. Finance team coaching and development

Key Internal Relationships:

9. BU and GSC Finance – business review, forecast, process improvement projects etc.

10. All the operation and support team of the plant.

11. BU – Business support to involved BU.

12. EQP commercial & execution team.

13. Credit and Risk Management Dept – for credit and commercial risk management.

14. Legal Dept – contractual risk and legal cases.

15. Tax Dept – tax risk and tax optimization planning.

16. Internal Audit Dept – ensure compliance.

17. Treasury Dept – finance related operation in project.

18. Central FP& A – corporate consolidated reporting.

Requirements:
1. 8 + years financial experience including at least 5 years in a Financial management role with multi-national company, manufacturing finance experience as a must, commercial exposure would be a great add up

2. Good written and spoken English
3. Strong communication skills and good adaptability,
