Mission:

· Under the responsibility of logistics manager, the warehouse supervisor is responsible for the process set up and execution, evaluating the performance of the team,managing complete warehouse team comprising of receiving, shipping, sending and storage,cost. Her/His missions are:

- To drive the team towards modern warehousing systems 

- To ensure material release to manufacturing JIT and support the production smooth running

- To ensure shipping window compliance (FG)   

- To ensure inventory data accuracy in ERP system    

- To ensure traceability of raw material & finished goods in warehouse 

- To ensure no recordable injury and keep good safety record in warehouse 

- To take part in continuous improvement activities in logistics department

Main Tasks:

· Lead warehouse team (RM and FG, include VMI & 3PL )

· Training subordinations and support warehouse staffs career development

· Well verse with warehousing and material handling systems like – upkeep of material, FIFO, material Flow, JIT

· Physical inventory and perpetual count, responsible to timely accurate inventory records

· Ensuring proper documentation in related warehousing activities

· To ensure correct finish goods loaded and dispatched at correct shipping window

· Daily labors, shifts and jobs assignment to foremen/clerks/warehouse operators

· Supervising subordinations keep good 5S in warehouse

· To be responsible for the maintenance of warehouse equipments

· Active participation in new project launches

· To evaluate agent and suppliers’ OTD performance

· Set up and continuous improve warehouse procedures and meet internal and external demand

· Monthly warehouse cost report and cost analysis and control

Technical skills required:

· Substantial experience in ERP operation for inventory control, experience in using QAD/SAP system will be an advantage

· Excellent leadership and be able to well organize whole warehouse team to the daily warehouse operation   

· Strong skill of problem solving and inventory variance analyses 

· Knowledge on flexible, fixed location systems, warehouse design, bar-code concept    

· Continuous improvement methodology   

· Occupational health & safety knowledge  

· Adequate computer skills

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

· Good communication skills and team work spirit    

· Good working attitude, can work under pressure
