Job Purpose:

To Maintain and develop the Hainan market sales channels, promote Grundfos booster brand in the water supply company.

Job Description :

1.The grassroots sales is needed in this Hai Nan region which is our big growth markets ;

2.This position sales revenue is 8M/Y and the average sales volume of my team is nearly 8M.

4.Develop sales channel and train our dealer；

5.Build our key account loyalty；

6.Responsible for promotion activities in related industries;

7.Other tasks assigned by line managers.

Job Requirements :

1.Degree holder in fluid field,machine or water supply and drainage field;

2.Understand, read, write, and speak the English language;

3.Minimum 5 years of experience as sales engineer in the field of secondary water supply or other relevant products;

4.Familiar with the water company needs;

5.Skills and Personal Attributes;

6.Aggressive, strong market development capabilities;

7.Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives;

8.Result driven, strong responsibility and executive ability.

Job Description:：

1.实现销售的政策，流程和系统，以确保符合公司政策和为销售团队提供工作指导方针。

2.建立、发展和维护海南区域代理商渠道。

3.建立和维护终端客户。

4.与设计院、政府相关部门等保持良好关系。

5.根据销售目标,在业务领域的销售区域制定销售策略和行动计划。

6.监控应收帐款余额每月;与客户跟进未余额,确保客户支付按条款为了帮助管理现金流,减少潜在的坏账。

7.其他工作。

Job Requirements:

1.本科学历，给水排水工程、环境工程及相关领域优先；

2.有基本的英文书面和读写能力；

3.5年以上市政行业销售经验优先；

4.给排水或环境工程技术背景优先；
