University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Legal & Assurance Specialist.

Your Responsibility

Your key responsibilities include:

• Perform assurance work to provide an independent appraisal of CBI’s activities to a range of interested parties both internally and externally;
• Conduct timely follow-up audits to ascertain the extent to which planned action on recommendations made has been carried out;
• Review of internal policies and procedures and identify areas of potential non-compliance and identify the needs for change and development;
• Engage with external institutions, government offices to mitigate risks and introduce external resources.

About You

• You should have a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance;
• You should have at least 3 years of assurance related experiences;
• You are expected to have, or be studying towards, a professional qualification related to accountancy or assurance e.g. ACCA, CPA
• You should have proven skills of audit planning, performing audit work and writing audit reports. 
• Legal background will be desirable.

Focusing on Intelligent Manufacturing, Green Chemicals and Energy and Life Science and Health Care, the “Beacons of Excellence” perfectly matches with the development strategy of Ningbo. To expedite the development of China Beacons Institute, it is looking for professional, trustworthy administrative staffs with a passion for grow together with the Institute.

Your Remuneration, Benefits and Support
