岗位职责：

1、负责CRC人员管理，各项业务流程，区域管理制度；

2、按公司项目安排，协助制定CRC人员的工作计划，并组织、协调、实施至工作成果；

3、对管辖区域承接的各项目质量、进度、资源等项目成果负责；

4、负责管辖区域所涉及中心资源维护；

5、负责管辖区域的团队建设及储备，管理员的配置、培训、考核；

6、负责协调、解决管辖区域内部间关系和问题处理；

7、完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，护理学或临床药学专业；

2、良好的领导能力，高效的培训和指导技能；

3、良好的策划、组织、解决问题的能力；

4、有效的时间管理技能和管理优先级冲突事情的能力；

5、能独立完成任务，寻找资源，能解决问题，适应在团队中工作；

6、3年以上CRC经验或2年以上CRA管理经验。

Job Description：

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in nursing or clinical pharmacy;

2.Good leadership, effective training and coaching skills;

3. Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills;

4.Effective time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities;

5. Able to complete tasks independently, search for resources, solve problems and work in a team;

6.More than 3 years CRC experience or more than 2 years CRA management experience.
