2、在深圳和全国范围内，向现有及潜客户拓展及开发战略顾问业务

3、与公司其部门建立及发展良好合作关系

4、不断地通过相关工作及学习进一步提高个人技能及丰富专业知识，以保持战略顾问部在房地产咨询行业中的领导地位

职位要求：

1、超过五年咨询经验，涉及各类房地产物业/企业咨询相关经验

2、在重大房地产开发项目，或物业发展顾问研究，项目可行性研究/城市规划设计方面拥有资深经验：

3、英语、普通话读写流利

4、高主动性及积极性

5、较强分析能力，高水平报告写作及陈述能力，熟悉 MS Excel, Word 和Powerpoint 等

6、具城市规划、建筑设计或商业专业教育背景优先考虑
