As an algorithm engineer, you will be committed to developing model algorithm and artificial intelligence technology to solve problems in various practical applications, such as intelligent customer service, test extraction and summary. Your innovative R & D ability will be fully utilized in your daily work. Responsibilities would include the following:

• Responsible for data analysis project demand acquisition, analysis and data mining project implementation;
• Using machine learning algorithm and computing framework to improve system efficiency;
  
• The application of artificial intelligence algorithm in business scenarios;
• Cooperate with data engineer to build data warehouse and update information;
  
• Transform it into business insight and decision-making suggestions through analysis and data interpretation;
• Precipitation data analysis ideas and methods, refining data products or work.

Reporting structure & key relationships:

• The role will operate in a team of software product founders, business analysts, developers, tech leads, UX designers, marketers and sales specialists;
  
• Maintains strong working relationships with various internal digital teams;
  
• Maintains strong working relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master / doctor in computer science, software engineering, mathematics / statistics, majoring in artificial intelligence and machine learning / deep learning;
  
• More than 3 years working experience in model algorithm;
  
• Machine learning with working knowledge of machine learning / deep learning API;
  
• Practical experience in deep learning framework, such as tensorflow / pytorch / mxnet / theano / keras / Cafe / Cafe 2;
  
• Proficient in Python / C + + programming skills;
  
• Linux command line experience;
  
• Good documentation skills in writing internal reports and / or publishing research papers;
  
• Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
