SEDL electrical maintenance engineer 电气维护工程师

Mission of Function:

Responsible for electrical control maintenance and repair of all LDA equipment, new equipment control system review, e.g. PLC control, and PLC program backup, etc and equipment security control (Cybersecurity)

What are my responsibilities?

Arrange and apply the electrical maintenance job for LDA equipment to ensure the equipment is stable and reliable to meet the production requirement

安排和应用LDA设备的电气维护工作，确保设备稳定可靠，满足生产要求     

Take lead of the repair job when equipment broken down to recover the production line ASAP, include work plan development and technical problem solving

指导设备故障时的维修工作，尽快恢复生产线，包括制定工作计划和解决技术问题

Backup the equipment control software regularly as procedure required and maintain the system

按程序要求定期备份设备控制软件，并对系统进行维护                                                                  

Work with ME team to develop and review the new equipment technical requirement to ensure the new equipment meet the production requirement and meet the budget

与ME团队合作开发和审查新设备的技术要求，确保新设备满足生产要求和预算

Work with other Maint team member to make the next year work plan and budget plan and follow up to ensure the finance goal was met

与其他维护团队成员一起制定来年的工作计划和预算计划，并跟进以确保财务目标的实现   

What do I need to qualify for this position?

Proficient in large PLC (Siemens) programming, understand high-level programming language

Familiar with the use of CAD software / EPLAN software to draw electrical drawings

Familiar with electrical equipment selection, quality management system

Basic 5S and TPM knowledge
