Key Responsibilities:

1. Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops/laptops/printers.
2. Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop/laptop configurations and business applications.
3. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact Product performance.
4. Support expert team in Head office for various tasks like tech room maintenance, mass software release, OS migration and audit/regulator inspection.
5. Escort vendor staff for TECH ROOM access
6. Manage the Desktop, Laptop, Media and other accessories onsite, ensure the physical asset accuracy.
