要求

? 8+ years board/system level hardware design experience in telecom or embedded industry.
? Good Analog and mixed signal design knowledge and experience is required
? FPGA development experience is a plus.
? High-speed circuit design with telecom line card experience is plus.
? 5+ Team management / technical leader experience (5+ people) is required. 

职责

1) Work on New Product Initiatives
A) Electrical design throughout feasibility study to final verification test including signal integrity check for key signals.
B) Working with operation team to develop functional test for manufacture.
C) Technical support for customer enquiries.
D) New product budget estimates and planning.
2) Sustaining/Operations Support
A) Provides technical support for manufacturing personnel
B) Engineering Order and Engineering Change Order including BOM submit as required
C) RMA investigations and implementation of corrective actions
3) Team Build and Others
A) Lead and organize team to work following process, guarantee design quality and improve work efficiency.
B) Innovation. Lead team to develop new technology and new platform.
C) Lead team to refine design process
