To be responsible for coordination, execution, control and completion of project and ensure assigned projects to complete on time, within budget and with high quality. 

? Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.  

? Coordinate and manage project teams that include product managers, developers, testers, info developers and configuration engineers.

DO

? Build up project team with support from function managers.

? Get funding and approval from management for projects.

? Develop solid project plan and communicate efficiently with key stakeholders.

? Manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.

? Manage overall project risk/issue identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.

? Leverage various resources to ensure the project team to implement project requirements efficiently.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE(Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)

? Bachelor degree in Engineering or above.

? Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software, automation or application engineering.

? Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master are desired.
