1、遵照GCP、研究方案、项目计划及公司要求，启动、监查和结束临床试验；  

2、按照项目计划，与试验中心沟通、协调，负责试验启动、研究者培训、进度跟踪；  

3、按照监查计划定期对研究中心进行实地监查，确保研究者按照方案、GCP、SOP等相关要求进行试验；  

4、协助研究者及时完成数据疑问，及时、完整地收集研究相关资料； 

5、定期、如实向公司提交工作报告，及时处理各种突发事件；  

6、维护好各临床中心机构、伦理及科室关系。  

任职要求：  

A、临床医学或药学相关专业本科及以上学历；  

B、至少1-2年CRA经验，优先考虑具有风湿免疫、肿瘤、眼科方面经验；  

C、适应出差。
