In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Roll-out of standardized Product Lifecycle Management business processes with Windchill (PTC software). 

• Successfully take the local ‘core teams’ through all aspects of change management. Manage the new and existing technical product documentation created for NPI/LCM products.

• Manage from new project or document change confirmed to end of product life cycle such as the new product, new color, new country version, new packaging, special deal, etc.

 

Your responsibilities:

• Managing change proposals and Technical Product Documentation management

• Responsible for new derivatives for other country and channels

• Phase-in and phase out of products and components

• Support cost and quality optimization programs

• Support on Implementation of Quality & Regulatory guideline.

• Progress reporting towards stakeholders

 

You are a part of

• A professional Engineering Team in Zhuhai, you report to site Product Lifecycle Management Manager

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree, majored in Engineering discipline required

• Experience: 5 + years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, technical project management, product industrialization development, experience in production, product development or quality is a plus.

• Competency and Skills:

• Be able to influence on different levels and get commitment from your team and others, fluent in English

• An independent, mature, and positive attitude, not willing to give up in case of resistance

• systematic thinking approach

• Ambition, ability to learn fast, passion for technology & entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience of Windchill (PTC software) is preferred
