-Help to follow up and maintain the year-1 business well and try to develop business to the level of annual adjusted gross profit to US$10,000

-Work together with sales to secure more potential accounts

-Receive booking order and arrange appropriate vessel/flight

-Check cost and make quotation to the account when necessary

-Give instructions to overseas office for vessel/flight schedule for import shipments and inform the account the same

-Track and monitor the pickup/cutoff date to make sure the shipment will be on board safely and smoothly

-Monitor daily procedures of operation to help to co-ordinate & solve the problem timely

-Coordinate with various department within corporate, region and branch levels to accomplish requested projects/tasks

-Deal with mails and urgent/abnormal case appropriately & timely, and engage in account visit or call if any

-Make tailor-made SOP for the accounts who need to promote work efficiency of operation and another department

-Make good filing for the accounts, including mails, quotation, contact information, interior documentation, CCP, ISOP, SOP etc.

-Random check profit in system and co-ordinate with related departments to correct it if any problem

-Send daily report per the client’s request or account’s SOP which must be saved at public folder

-Strictly implement other work from management

Qualification:

• College/University degree or equivalent experience
• Logistics or business related is preferred
• More than 2 years working experience in sales support/customer service of the global forwarding logistics or related
• Well command of Ocean & Air import and export procedures and knowledge
• Proven success in business following up, maintenance and development
• Strong ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence others
• Excellent communicate, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively
• Positive and pleasant attitude with Sales Support mindset
• Ability to work within a high-pressure work environment
• High responsibility and strong team-work spirit
• Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing required. (CET-4 or TEM-8 required)
• PC literacy on MS word/excel/PPT or any other office software
