POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

This position is to complete daily distribution plan and ensure transportation safety, and to optimize delivery efficiency and cost.

Nature and Scope

The job holder is the Distribution Supervisor in the Company and reports directly to the Distribution Execution Manager. Meanwhile cooperates with Safe manager, scheduler and EHS team. In addition to the primary accountability for distribution, the jobholder’s responsibilities also cover the part of vehicle maintenance and DG vehicle license.

The job holder is to manager more than 50 drivers, 30 helpers and 30 tankers. Everyday the delivery drops are more than 300. The delivery cost to be managed each month is more than 500 thousands dollars.

In this job, safety is the most important factor. The assessment for the Distribution Supervisor including Preventable vehicle accident(PVA), Recordable Incident, and  Lost Time Incident(LTI),

The most challenging part of the job is to improve drivers’ safety driving behavior, to standardize the tank filling operation, to improve the safety performance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1. Complete daily distribution plan and make sure transportation safety

在确保运输安全的情况下，完成公司每日的配送计划

 

1. Ensure driver’s driving behavior and tanker operation to comply with company requirements, such as defensive driving requirements, standard filling operation procedure, vehicle check report, etc.  确保司机驾驶行为和车辆操作符合公司要求，如防御性驾驶、标准储罐充装操作规程，车辆检查流程等.

 

1. Control driver daily/weekly working and driving time as company’s requirement and ensure driver to be good situation in the work.

按公司规定控制司机日、周工作和驾驶时间，确保司机有良好的工作状态

 

1. Organize driver’s BSP activity and improve driver’s safety awareness.

组织司机BSP活动，不断提升司机安全意识

 

1. Work with DST to make annual driver training plan and ensure all training to be completed on time. Make corrective actions for high risk driver and ensure these actions to be completed.

配合DST制定年度司机培训计划，并确保所有培训按时完成。针对高风险司机，制定纠正措施，并确保完成。

 

1. Ensure vehicle situation to comply with government and company’s requirements. Complete vehicle license inspection in time as government requirements.

确保车辆状况及安全附件符合政府和公司的要求。按规定时间完成政府要求各种审验项目

 

1. Ensure drivers to complete VCR procedure and work with fleet maintenance team to improve vehicle safety and reliability

确保司机完成车辆检查程序，和车辆维修团队配合提高车辆的安全性和可靠性

 

1. Cooperated with scheduling center to improve the delivery efficiency and service.  

配合调度中心提高行程计划的可执行性，同时提高配送效率，改善配送服务。

 

1. Distribution cost control including fuel cost, toll fee, and filling loss.

配送成本管理，包括燃油成本，路桥费用，和充装损耗

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

1. 3 years or more experience in logistics or distribution industry. It is preferred if owning fleet and driver management

3年物流或者配送行业经验，如果有车队和司机管理经验更佳

 

1. Good teamwork spirit and communication skill

具有团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力

 

1. Be familiar with office software.
