1、根据业务需求制定招聘计划，负责电销团队的招聘工作，招聘渠道的拓展，跟进招聘进度，按时完成招聘任务；
2、员工入离职手续及后续反馈跟进；
3、完成领导安排的其他人资相关工作等。

任职要求：
1、有一定的人力资源理论基础，在人才甄选及面试技巧、人才测评等方面有实践经验；
2、1-5年及以上招聘相关工作经验，熟悉招聘模块，能有效地开拓招聘渠道，擅长从多渠道高效地获取候选人信息；
3、教育行业电销团队招聘经验优先。
