岗位职责：

1、根据销售目标，制定年度市场活动（ 渠道、地推、异业合作、线上推广），并组织执行，跟踪和反馈；

2、根据年度预算，对校区的市场计划所需费用的评估、申请、控制；

3、负责收集、分析各渠道（线上线下）的推广有效性，并维护各推广渠道（含自媒体的维护）；

4、规划市场推广标准流程，参与行销话术的制定；

5、负责市场团队人员的管理，并建立市场推广团队，负责市场人员的招聘、培训、活动执行等活动的执行和监督

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，少儿英语培训行业2年以上经验，1年以上市场管理经验；

2、具备分析市场动态和市场方向的能力，责任感强，具备一定的抗压能力；

3、具备较强的口头表达能力、沟通能力、学习能力、随机应变能力。

4、监督管理推广团队，有小学幼儿园的合作关系，并具备大型活动的现场管理能力；

工作时间：9:00-18:00/13:30-21:00，周中调休1.5天。
