Job descriptions:

- Lead a team to manage Finished Goods supplier Order-to-fulfillment process

- Ensure on-time delivery performance beat assigned target

- Ensure the rationality of critical constraints management (include tooling, assembly line capacity, critical materials, lead-times etc.)

- Lead the team to acquire PO/Forecast confirmation and to detect supply chain problems for prevention

- Manage product phase-in/out activities to keep obsolesce ratio below defined limit

- Ensure suppliers' Supply Chain Management processes align with Logitech expectation

- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain management system and processes.

- Lead and develop the control devices Finished Goods supply management team to deliver great team result

The successful applicants should hold below qualifications:

- At least 8 years' solid Production Planning Management and Supply Chain Management experience in electronics industry, at least 3 years in managerial position

- Solid work experience in MNC or international consulting firm

- Good knowledge in global supply chain management, Finished Goods supplier management, production planning and material control

- Good knowledge in MRP, MRPII, ERP and APS planning logic

- Familiar with electronics manufacturing environment and product characteristics

- Logistics experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills with proactive working attitude

- CPIM, APICS certifications preferred

- Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point

- Good Project Management experience and skills

- Familiar with Oracle System or other ERP applications (e.g., SAP, i2 etc.)

- Be able to conduct a logical presentation

- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills

- Good command of English and Chinese
