岗位职责

负责臻朗产品在两湖（湖北/湖南）范围内的通路行销工作。

1. 负责省区内所有费用投资统筹，分解，执行，评估；
2. 负责对接总部的品牌内容传播及创造当地的内容传播；
3. 负责一线销售团队的管理和动销能力的培训，提升效率，确保绩效指标的达成；
4. 协助省长完成省区市场运营及计划，督促各城市的落地执行；
5. 协助省长作为总部各项运营事宜的纽带

                        

任职要求：

1. 3年以上母婴行业工作经验，有通路营销和SR管理经验优先；
2. 优秀的策略思维以及生意方向的把控能力，具备较强的创业精神
3. 良好的分析和解决问题的能力
4. 良好的沟通能力以及演示技巧，优秀的文案处理能力
5. 能适应快节奏的工作环境，能过同时跟进处理多个项目进程
