Job Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for plant quality system build up and optimization.

2.Drive internal quality audit to ensure subcon quality execution compliance to 3M expectation

3.Partners with engineerting,production,subcontractor,etc,wihtin the organization to maintain/increase the quality level

4.Promotes quality best practice and builds a quality-oriented culture for organization

5.Continue to optimize the manufacturing process to improve the process capability and meet customer requirement.

6.Analyse process problem, quality problem and figure out solutions; 

7.Develop new process, technology and automation to cost reduction.

8.Lead the introduction of new product and new machine,and implement NPI/NPL/MOC process.

9.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

-Master degree of science and engineering

-Ability to apply related process engineering knowledge and skills to improve process and quality; 

-Fluent English in oral and writing

-Good communication skills and good team work player with positive attitude.

-Preferred if there are the related work experiences including of quality system setup,OCA converting/rotary die cut,NPI,project managment or SAP implementation experience.
