Job Summary工作描述

1. Responsible for key customer maintenance and in-depth development of release agent in die casting industry, achieving sales target and gross margin.

负责高压铸造行业脱模剂重点客户维护和深度开发，完成销售指标及毛利率；

2. Responsible for the comprehensive technical services of the release agent in die casting industry in north China, such as product application, trial production, problem analysis, and customer production technology improvement, as well as the technical support and maintenance support before, during and after sales.

负责高圧铸造行业脱模剂在华北地区的产品应用、试产、问题分析、客户生产技术改进等全面技术服务，做好售前、售中、售后服务技术支持和维护支持；

3. Responsible for guiding and training the production site personnel for the normal application and maintenance of products负责指导和培训生产现场人员对产品的正常应用和维护；

4. Make regular sales summary and work report. 定期进行销售总结及工作汇报；

Qualifications and Requirements职位要求

1. Familiar with aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy release agent product processing technology.

熟悉铝合金、镁合金脱模剂产品加工工艺；

2. Solid product theory knowledge, experience in die casting production, familiar with die casting site operation and process requirements is preferred

具备扎实的产品理论知识，有压铸一线生产经验，熟悉压铸现场操作和工艺要求优先；

3. Strong ability to solve problems and provide solutions, technical thinking and experience in mechanical.

具有丰富的解决问题以及提供解决方案的能力，并具有机械方面技术思维和操作经验；

4. Good communication skills and ability to build long term relationships with customers.

良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户建立长期信任的关系；

5. Experience in value sales training is preferred. 拥有价值销售培训经验者为佳
