Job Purpose:

Sell value-adding service and after-sales solutions to End users in Water Utility (Municipalities, Ground Water and Irrigation). Work closely with Asset Sales colleagues and Service delivery to follow up on leads and ensure a positive customer experience. In this role you also will have a unique chance to be involved in Service Sales of our innovative Digital solutions in Water Utility area.

 

Job Description:

1.Find and develop aftermarket sales (i.e., service agreements, overhaul etc.) opportunities.  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure win rate and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of the customer’s requirements and ability to build a value proposition;

2.Promote and show the value of our digital solutions to our end-users;

3.Conduct training on service and digital solutions for customers and sales teams;

4.Forecast the annual/monthly sales. Prepare Reporting materials for business reviews.

5.Keep updated on market trends and competition. Represent Grundfos at exhibitions, seminars, short courses, etc.

 

Job Requirements:

1.Experience managing defined processes within the service environment;

2.Experience in Water Utility Municipal sector (as Sales and/or Service person) strongly preferred;

3.Water Utility or water treatment experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred;

4.At least 3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education;

5.Strong ability influence others;

6.Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local and regulations where applicable, for the service environment;

7.Experience in selling and servicing Disinfection technology is a plus.
