o   Work with GM and other functional team to align departmental targets with business targets and forecasts与公司总经理及其它部门共同工作制订业务指标与业绩预测

o   Create retail guidelines, including forecourt and shop merchandising guidelines; support site layout design制订零售业务指引，包括预测与便利店销售推销指引，支持油站整体设计

o   Work with Digital and IT team to develop Site Systems that provide analytical tools to drive business, as well as options to grow the business 协同数字营销及IT部门完善油站系统，提供分析工具以促进业务增长，同时提供可供选择的方案。

o   Work with Digital/Innovation team紧密的与Digital/Innovation团队合作。

o   Assist Procurement to optimize Non-fuel supply chain development协同采购部门完善非油品供应链

·       C-Store Management便利店管理

o   Oversee creation of c-store b’plan, and shared ownership of all targets for revenues, margins, costs, and other KPI’s全面调控计划并共享所有的收入、毛利、成本和KPI指标。

o   Oversee shop manager to drive all product file and planogram issues; pricing policies, promotion plans, and site layouts监督便利店主管运作所有的产品档案并解决问题；制定价格政策

o   Research business and market and look for gaps to be developed as new offers related to Mobility and Convenience 市场调查和寻找空间提供与出行及零售有关新的服务。
