1、按物料需求计划下达准确的采购订单，包括供应商、品名、数量、价格、下发日期与交期等订单内容准确，采购订单的修改、审批、供应商确认等符合流程要求；

2、采购订单交付进度跟进，包括交付进度监控、未完成订单定期清理与跟催；

3、采购原材料异常问题与供应商及公司内部相关部门的协调、反馈与跟进，包括数量、包装、标识、质量等交付异常问题；

4、所负责原材料库存量监控，使库存维持在安全库存与***库存之间，避免缺料及物料呆滞发生。

5、不合格原材料返工、退货、补换料协调处理；

6、供应商对账与付款跟进；

7、供应商每月交付记录与统计分析；

8、完成上级交办的其他工作。
