Job Summary

1. Responsible for the architecture design management of the project , such as formulating project schedule and budget plan; after getting the department manager’s related approval, should ensure the project is implemented as scheduled;

2. Assist the chief Healthcare designer or project manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the project scheme design;

Conduct junior designers’ design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings;

3. Responsible for the calculation of area, sunlight, energy reservation, etc of allocating project;

4. Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages;

Assist client in project setup and take responsible for the communication and coordination work between the client and government executive department;

5. Take charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors;

2. At least 5 years’ working experience in large projects Class-A design institute or company architecture scheme design; scheme design experience in healthcare and any of the following projects is preferred: dwelling, office, hotel, public building, etc;

3. Experience of basement scheme design or general drawing design;

4. Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements;

5. Experienced in healthcare buildings of scheme bidding; be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of scheme design;

6. Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project;

7. Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as Revit, Tianzheng, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, In Design, etc;

8. CET – 6 , Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

9. High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit; strong organizing and cooperating ability;

10. Candidates with awarded projects are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Overseas work experience is preferred.
