职责描述：

1、担任项目经理、主任设计师一职。

2、带领中到大型项目，负责项目的财务管理，项目进程，领导团队高效合作。

3、根据项目，进行景观设计规划。

4、担任项目设计专家一职，与员工共同开发并执行设计。

5、独立评估、选择、应用景观建筑技术与标准，判断项目是否需要修改。

6、管理面向客户的演讲和报告开发。

7、负责客户管理，满足客户需求。

8、维护现有客户群，挖掘新客户。

任职要求：

1、景观建筑或相关专业本科，景观建筑和规划、城市设计、自然资源或建筑专业硕士优先。

2、七年及以上景观设计师经验。

3、具有成功管理团队的经验，与上下级关系良好。

4、较强的客户管理能力。

5、较强的财务和预算管理能力。

6、挖掘新项目、维护项目的成功经验。

7、优秀的成品作品集，展示优秀的专业技术能力。

8、优先的设计、可视化和制图能力。

9、熟练应用AutoCAD 和Adobe Creative Suite 系列软件。

10、熟练应用MS Office Suite 。

11、具备优秀的中英文会话和书面表达能力。

12、注重细节。

13、优秀的组织能力。

14、需附上作品集。
