Job title: Order management officer

Department: HS Great China Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC)

Location location: Shanghai

• 上海大宁灵石路718号飞利浦创新园区

Job responsibility

1. Order entry into SAP system within 2 working days against the qualified order-in-take documents without quality issue

2. Keep smooth communciation with the Sales Representitives; Project Managers; Import/Export counterparts; dealers... to reflect the most realistic Required Delivery Date in SAP

3. Be responsible for pushing Letter of Credit issurance and checking Letter of Credit terms if applicable. Or, to push balance payment from dealer for local currency orders

4. Be responsible for sending Shipping Instruction and performing Export Contronl check to ensure timely arrival of the shipment

5. Follow-up shipment till complete shipment arrives hospital

6. Others

Job requirements

1. Prefer the candidates to have order management working background

2. Familiar with SAP

3. Have foreign trade knowledge

4. If no order management background, need to have import & export and logistics knowledge

5. Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade; Logistics; Business Administration or Finance
