【What You Will Do:】
?Develop and execute short term, annual and multi-year segment business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for the market segment.
?Lead business essentials assessment and develop actionable insights around key essentials such as market, competition, and customer etc.
?Develop segment programs & solutions to address core Ecolab value propositions for segment growth. Work closely with Corporate Account and Field Teams to activate and implement segment-specific strategies.
?Drive innovation strategy, solution development and go-to-market execution that address regional customer needs and align with business priorities. Work closely with key stakeholders including global and regional R&D, manufacture sites, application team & regulatory team to launch and execute the pipeline innovations in the regional market to drive market share growth and improve segments profitability.
?Lead portfolio management to drive optimization including solution localization, strategic pricing, portfolio analysis and SKU adaptation & rationalization to drive continuous improvement in portfolio efficiency. Work closely with supply chain, planning and finance team on new product supply planning as well as existing products stocking & obsolete plans.
?Active in ongoing customer interactions & lead industry/association connections that contribute to business insights and results
?Work as a core liaison in a high performing business team. Develop ongoing business reviews, ensuring alignment to segment priorities, strategy execution & communication, cross functional collaboration, and team development.

?Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related. MBA preferred.
?8+ years of professional business and marketing experience
?Depth of experience / expertise in marketing capabilities such as strategic planning, capturing voice of customer / business, developing marketing strategies & tactics, etc.
?Proven track record of delivering sales and margin growth results through cross-functional teams. Successful experience driving innovation and product launches.
?Excellent quantitative problem-solving skills are essential. Strong skill set in Microsoft Office
?Communication excellence in both verbal and written in Mandarin and English. Leadership skills to drive consensus across functions, divisions and lines of business. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
