Job Purpose

Participates in automation test development and test execution, ensure the feature/product is compliant to design specifications and that test results are generated and reported.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Writes and executes test plans and cases, problem isolation and analysis, prioritizes and reports defects.

• Documents and submits reproducible product defects using a defect tracking system

• Reviews product requirements, software specifications, test plans and user documentation

• Designs and develops of test automation projects

• May have internal/external customer contact, primarily to give and/or receive problem solving information and must be able to respond with urgency to customer needs

• Must have increasingly in-depth knowledge of products and services within primary focus area and must be able to follow standard company product test processes

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve variety of issues

• Good team spirit and quick learning capability

• Good English reading, writing skill (Verbal communication skill preferred)

• Experience in Python programming preferred

• Experience in industrial automation preferred

• Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred)

• 0 to 4 years related experience
