变电所管理 1.变电所运行人员管理； 2.变电所设备完好率管理； 3.变电所倒闸操作管理，操作票审核签发工作。 用电能耗管理 1.变电所负控数据管理与电费申请充值，保证用电连续； 2.广场内商户电表充值工作； 3.广场内电表数据管理与提供。 强电方案管理 1.周、月、年能耗分析报表； 2.月度、年度能耗预算管理； 3.主持能耗使用内部评审。 重要设备强电控制部分维护管理 1.变电所内变配电设备维护管理； 2.平层配电间盘柜、商户梯级箱维护管理； 3.变电所出线至商户梯级箱用电线路管理。 设备运行管理 1.变电所变配电设备巡检工作； 2.平层配电间巡检工作； 3.广场内设备电机维护更换管理工作； 4．广场内电、扶梯日常管理。 负责计划检修工作 1.制定变电所设备、平层配电间盘柜年度、变电所出线至商户梯级箱线路年度检修计划； 2.按所制定的检修计划布置督促强电运行班组进行计划检修工作。 人事管理 1.协助工程经理做好部门内部人员的招聘、选用、工作调动、提升、考核评估等工作； 2.制定培训计划，对员工进行技能培训，提高员工专业技能和服务质量。
