Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with line manager to implement e-commerce strategy 
• Achieve Ecommerce development objectives, goals through EC Online Channel .
• Take part in seasonal, monthly cross functional planning and execution on digital commerce channels (assortment, promotion, supply chain, customer services and consumer care) 
• Lead the communication and coordination between internal functions and external service providers; make sure all the massages are delivered properly and correctly.  
• Manage external service providers (TP) to make sure plans are executed, check progress and KPI and give feedback on daily basis.
• Proactively perform website and business analytics, develop insights and share across the whole organization to amplify brand business and organizational capability development
• Streamline reporting process from external to internal to make sure proper reports are delivered in time.

Requirements:

• 4 years+ hands on working experience in Ecommerce related function in retail
• 2 years+ vendor management or team coaching experience 
• Sensitive to numbers, sales planning experience preferred  
• Good planning, analytical and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Have strong business sense and logic, and being sales-driven
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate, responsive strong willingness to learn and hard-working
