Summary: Sort out the retail department's business processes, be responsible for the retail department system and process optimization, propose solutions to improvement, and ensure the final implementation of the program

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently collected information on project stakeholders to assist in project planning, process tracking, to ensure the realization of project objectives

2. Communicate with project related team closely, discover the difficulties, and promote the problem solving

3. Rationally arrange the project and demand online plan and deal with it according to priority

4. Proactively discover process optimization points, promote the system and process optimization, improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve service quality, and prevent risks.

5. Providing support upon ad-hoc requests in a quick, effective, and efficient manner

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above with a major in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related

2. Familiar with retail business process, ability of business judgment

3. Ability to think and judge independently, be able to work efficiently under pressure

4. Ability to communicate across departments, follow up the project schedule and promote the problem solving

5. Ability to manage multiple projects, control the project schedules

6. Promote and implement the project progress quickly and effectively. Willing and able to withstand the pressure of short-term high-intensity projects, being honest and responsible.

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken).

概要：梳理部门业务流程、负责部门系统及流程优化，提出解决改善方案，并保证方案的最终落地实施效果。

主要职责：

1. 独立收集于项目相关方的信息，协助制定项目计划，过程跟踪，保障项目目标的实现

2. 与项目相关团队及时沟通，发现项目困难点，推动问题解决

3. 合理安排各项目、需求的上线计划，并根据优先级进行处理

4. 主动发现流程优化点，推进系统及流程优化，提高运营效率，降低运营成本，提升服务质量，防范风险发生

5. 快速有效地完成其他临时任务

岗位要求：

1. 金融、数学、统计或其他相关专业学士学位或以上

2. 熟悉零售业务系统及业务流程，具有业务判断能力

3. 具有独立思考判断能力，能够承受工作压力 

4. 具备跨部门沟通能力，及时跟进项目问题，推动问题解决

5. 具备多项目的管理能力，把控各项目的计划进度

6. 快速有效的推进项目进展，落地优化措施，愿意且能能够承受短期高强度项目压力，为人正直且具有责任心

7. 熟练掌握英语及普通话(书面及口语)
