职位描述
1. 负责客服部整体工作统筹,向项目总经理汇报.
2. 项目客户服务质量管理体系的建立、实施、监督管理和持续改进；
3. 负责组织贯彻客户服务各项指示和决议，跟踪检查、督促项目的落实情况及时总结向总经理汇报；
4. 负责客户投诉管理，指导下属处理投诉，维护客户关系；
5. 负责客户满意度基础资料的收集、分析、并提出改进意见和建议；
6. 负责搭建客户服务培训体系，提升项目服务质量；
7. 负责指导项目开展社区活动，提升客户满意度；
8. 负责对项目客户服务业务的指导和监督；
9. 负责领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1. 专科（含）以上学历；
2. 年龄在25-40之间，
3. 有3年以上相关同类物业服务经验，具备相关工作能力。
4. 熟悉人事档案管理及人事操作流程；
5. 流利的国、粤话会话及具备一定的英语基础。
