工作职责:

1. Support related business unit on overall financial planning and analysis, which includes but not limited to monthly reporting package, expense and cost analysis, and other ad hoc analysis related to projects, BU GP, costing, Capex, head count etc.

2. Support Finance head to lead whole budgeting process for entity Capex spending, depreciation and amortization on yearly basis, in charge of whole budget transfer process.

3. Annual budgeting, regularly forecasting, and out-looking of all P&L items.

4. Work closely with business team for project analysis, and provide financial recommendations as needed.

5. Prepare business review presentations, with in-depth understanding of financial and business issues.

6. Provide financial analysis to management team, including but not limited to cost-benefit analysis, return on asset analysis, NPV, IRR etc to support better decision-making process.

7. Prepare cost al"location" for appoint division, and adjust costing method when necessary.

8. Corporate with HR to track headcount forecast and movement for the whole company.

9. Prepares special projects and analyses, as needed

10. Participates on cost savings and cost improvement terms.

11. Other ad hoc analysis when called upon.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. 5+ years’ experience in MNC, HealthCare industry with Big Name Company is preferred. Solid experiences or young potential in finance BP, FP&A or Controlling.

3. MBA with science background is prefered but not required.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. English proficiency is a must.

5. Smart and Flexibility on communication skills. Strong business acumen.

6. Strong execution and team player.

7. Detail oriented, and be able to work under pressure.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
