职位描述
? 学习公司各项产品和服务,成为公司产品服务专家
? 协助客户经理了解和判断客户需求,深入引导挖掘,根据客户需求撰写数据相关解决方案,并在报价及投标环节提供支持
? 梳理并建立邓白氏内部不同行业的数据相关解决方案案例集
? 深度挖掘现有客户,理解客户对产品/服务的需求,扩展业务合作的范围,以提供符满足客户需求的解决方案
? 主动开发新业务机会,并将销售线索统一提报到Sales Operations进行分配
? 协助客户经理维护与客户的合作关系,完成现有客户的续约
? 研究学习公司销售政策,优化合同和报价方式,提升业务机会转化率
? 及时了解客户对产品、服务的其他需求,反馈给相关部门以提升产品质量和服务水平
? 参与策划创意构思,根据市场需求情况,提供产品改善意见及参与市场活动
? 提供竞品及行业相关信息,反馈给相关部门以提升产品质量和服务水平
职位要求:
? 3-5 years of experience in a Sales role
? Ability to confidently interact with senior management and executives both internally and externally
? Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving skill
? Ability to informally lead the virtual account team
? Strong sense of cooperation and collaboration
? Microsoft PPT and PowerBI skills are required
? Python coding skill is preferred
? Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
? Bachelor’s degree, majored in Technology or related is preferred
