岗位职责：

1. 自觉遵守公司EH&S部门制定的相关规章制度、准时上下班、不迟到、不早退、不旷工。

2. 积极服从上级的领导及工作安排,保持良好的团队合作及协同工作能力。

3. 认真学习公司相关的管理文件及相关SOP操作流程。

4. 熟练掌握岗位技能,了解公司产品的相关安全知识及安全注意事项。

5. 按照公司制度、流程规范进行现场作业，保证现场操作标准化、规范化。

6. 熟练操作JDE系统及仓库部门相关系统。

7. 全面负责仓库日常收、发、货物的清点工作,合理安排仓库员工入库，拣货，贴标，出货，理货等各项工作,准确记录相关信息及时更新JDE系统信息，保存相关凭证。

8. 每月定期对库存物料进行盘点确保账务一致。

9. 严格执行易制毒易制爆化学品企业仓库管理制度。

10. 认真学习6S目标与方针，全面做好仓库6S整理工作,运用科学分类、高效、准确、合理存放货物,定期对仓库货物进行巡查、定期点检相关消防安全设施及设备,如实记录点检中的异常情况，发现异常及时上报上级领导。

11. 及时有效的完成上级指派其他工作。

 

任职要求：

1. 高中及大专以上学历，3年以上外企仓库现场和团队管理经验。

2. 熟练使用office办公软件，了解ERP(JDE)系统。

3. 能够执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高质量和效率，降低成本。

4. 具有较强的沟通协调能力、勤学、上进、工作认真细致、能够吃苦耐劳,能承受一定工作压力。

5. 执行能力强,具备较强的责任意识和团队协作工作能力。

6. 5年以上叉车/高位叉车驾驶经验。
