1、协调租户与服务中心之间联络关系，保持服务中心的专业形象。向租户解释说明服务中心各项管理工作细则、管理条例、租户手册等。受理租户之电话、书面及口头投诉事项，并对该事项进行登记、分类，并向其它部门发出租户投诉之工作记录单；

2、整理、更新及保存租户文件，并对内容作保密处理；

3、负责辖区的日常巡查工作，协调所负责辖区内秩序、保洁、公共设备设施、绿化等工作；

4、监督清洁公司的工作情况，编制每月清洁检查报告，并呈交物业主任。办理租户收楼手续，与租户验收物业，并整理相关资料，归入档案；

5、配合及督察各部门对租户投诉事项的处理情况，并向租户解释、说明。定期审查租户服务记录及租户投诉记录，并做出总结。协助各部门联系租户。每月向租户发出各项通知及跟进催收管理费事宜。

任职要求:

1、专科或以上学历，年龄在35岁以下，

2、***身高1.60米以上，***身高170以上，身材适中，

3、会基本的英文沟通，能够熟练使用办公软件、办公设备，有相关物业管理工作经验。

4、有一年以上物业管理或酒店相关工作经验；

5、流利的国、粤话会话及良好的英语听、说、写能力；

6、掌握一定的处理客户投诉的能力及对客服务知识；

7、有良好的沟通和协调能力。
