- For our Healthcare Sector in Guangzhou, we are looking for a Field Application Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Efficient and effective completion of instrument installations at customer sites

- Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling, fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality

- Ensure that all customers are adequately trained on instrumentation. Ensure that customer software is updated timely if new software versions are released permanently improving the quality of our services

- Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS, centralizing and archiving technical documentation

- Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate

- Good cooperation with distributors

- Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- A degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates
- Good experience in Service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
- Diagnostics or relevant functions
- Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
