A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. You’ll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Effectively, systematically and deeply understand the key technology applied by the startups from our accelerator program or by market research, technology mainly focusing on AI;
• Identify and understand internal requirements from Assurance, Advisory, Tax, Deals, FCS, etc.;
• Help vendor sourcing process: prepare vendor list from startup database or through market research if necessary, arrange POC test and manage the whole testing procedure, make judgment criteria and select the right vendor;
• Help internal demander work out scope of work and prepare purchase agreement;
• Prepare business case and apply for budget;
• Obtain internal risk clearance parties’ approval;
• Manage project process and make sure the project going as scheduled;
• Deal with risks and problems, find solutions and get supportive resources;
• Help system going online and users training;
• Promote the successes firmwidely to drive repetitive successes;
• Proactively dig out firmwide useful light-weight digital tools and evoke staff digital awareness.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years working experience in IT or digital related project management ;
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships;
• Proven experience in project management over the full delivery cycle;
• Communication skills, especially the ability to translate complex technology concepts into easy to understand and compelling messages;
• Strong problem solving, logical thinking and analytical skills;
• Able to manage resources, vendor, internal GTS support and BU teams;
• Strong research and learning skills to always keep in pace with the latest technology;
• Deep understanding of AI technology applications;
• Coach and mentor junior staff;
• Language: fluent English writing and communication skills;
• Using technical tools actively and effectively, such as MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
