职位描述
1、监控室值班的安防员要全面熟悉监控室内的设备功能和使用程序与方法，确保设备的正常运转，发挥其应有的作用。
2、负责监控中心电视屏幕的监视工作，并密切监视消防控制屏和电脑显示系统。全面观察和掌握各个区域的治安动态，发现问题正确分析,果断决定，及时报告并与有关岗哨取得联系。
3、负责对重点部位和可疑情况的电视录像工作。
4、负责录像带的保管工作。
5、负责查出报警位置，及时调动安防员现场查看并处理。
6、做好资料保管和保密工作，无关人员不准进入监控室，不准向无关人员谈及监控室的运作情况和值班情况。
7、完成上级领导交办工作。
任职要求:
1、高中以上学历，18至35岁之间，身高175cm以上，消防兵退伍军人优先考虑；
2、有一年以上大型物业楼盘消防管理经验；
3、熟悉消防法和各种消防器材的操作使用；
4、敬业爱岗，良好的服务意识及团队精神；
5、持有消防上岗证。
