-Arrange the maintenance for equipment such as copier, fax and other general electrical appliances.

-Register of Visitor.

    

-Coordinate office removal and renovation work.

    

-Travel, hotel, visa and alien residency permission arrangement if needed.

    

-Assist to organize company functions and activities.

    

-Record and distribute all incoming registered mail, parcel and courier pouch to all related departments.

    

-Keep records of conference room and meeting room booking.

    

-Communicate with property company for office maintenance, etc.
