Daniel Wellington is expanding retail business in China. We are now searching for Human Resource Specialist for the designated region. This role will cooperate closely with the retail team, and will provide HR supports to retail business. The goal is to bridging right talents with the business.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

1. Recruit new opening stores staff and replacement in assigned regions.
2. Update store HC and recruitment status timely.
3. Take responsibility for staff onboarding, probation and exiting.
4. Manage staff information in HR system.
5. Check attendance and provide staff attendance report.
6. Conduct new staff orientation and assist training program execution.
7. Support retail team members to understand the compensation & benefits structure.
8. Answer inquiries from staff.
9. Other HR related works assigned by department.

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT

1. At least 1 years’ experience in HR field; familiar with the local market of assigned region.
2. Knowledge and experience in recruitment and employment relations; full function experience is a plus
3. Familiar with MS office, excel, PPT, outlook;
4. Excellent communication, conflict management skills, attention to details;
5. Patient and approachable personality;
6. Self-aware and willing to learn and improve; able to adopt herself/himself to the fast-growing environment.

The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
