岗位职责：

    

1. 负责陕西区域内的市场渠道开拓与销售工作，执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划。

2. 负责产品在区域内的推广和销售，参与区域性行业活动，组织相关院校专业学术会议；

3.根据客户管理系统要求，通过对区域内的客户寻找和发掘，并建立各级客户档案，不断完善客户基本信息和沟通记录；

4. 结合客户或代理商的需求，为产品的市场推广及应用提供建设性的方案和建议；

5. 经常开展对用户、市场、竞争对手的调查研究，针对市场和竞争对手的动向制定应对措施，巩固和完善原有市场，开发新市场； 

6. 关注相关产品的相关技术和培训，提高销售整体素质；

    

岗位要求：

    

1. 本科以上学历，药学或生物制药专业、仪器分析专业等毕业；

2. 有一年以上仪器行业分析仪器或生产设备销售经历者优先；

3. 有化学分析、实验室仪器等行业技术支持工作经验的优先；

4. 良好表达能力和人际沟通能力；

5. 英语良好，书面及口头表达流利，达国家英语四级以上水平；

6. 善于开拓客户及维护客户，有销售经验优先；

7有高度责任心和团队协作精神，踏实敬业，工作积极，有上进心；

8. 能适应弹性工作时间，能适应频繁出差
