1.     Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, heating, air conditioning, electricity and elevators are well-maintained and in good condition

2.     Ensure the proper condition of the buildings, incl. windows, doors, roof, fa？ade and all other related installations

3.     Carry out regular inspections of the buildings and facilities to identify and resolve issues

4.     Develop building and facility maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

5.     Check electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

6.     Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

7.     Ensure functionality and safe operation of all equipment

8.     Identify improvement potential for basic facilities and production equipment

9.     Develop cost saving procedures for the entire facility

10.   Monitor expenses and control the budget for facility maintenance

11.   Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

12.   Keep building and facility maintenance logs and report on daily activities

13.   Support the Administration Department with routine and special requests

14.    Ensure compliance to health and safety policies

Requirements：

1.     Education Degree

Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance or Facility Management, Master degree preferred

2.     Professional Ability

a.     Proven experience as maintenance manager

b.     Experience in planning maintenance operations

c.     Solid understanding of technical systems

d.     Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

e.     Ability to keep track of and report on activity

f.      Ability to communicate clearly and understandable

g.     Ability to work in a team

h.     Create and maintain a successful network to related partners of the regular operation

i.      Ability to coordinate tasks and schedules

j.      Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
