The Role

• Achieve sales targets for Energy Segment.
• Set up mission, goals and strategies, which align with company business development.
• Master the market mapping and competitor mapping within Energy segment.
• Drive the transformation especially in wind power equipment to increase the M/S on all product portfolio.
• Set up and drive segment sales team to make sure the result-oriented action plan implement firmly.
• In close co-operation with Territory Sales / Product Managers to develop and strengthen the market share of existing customers and new customers.
• In close co-operation with service team and project team to smooth the sales operation.
• Working with Energy key accounts on mainly high levels. Lead and manage key projects.
• Establish close communication with division Energy business manager and marketing team, ensure develop right products.
• Make sure the smooth transfer of existing Tensioner business
• Manage the acquired team if there is any.
• Develop the distribution channel to build up long term partnership in Energy segment.

What we expect of you? 

• Mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Good English skill both in oral and written
• At least  5 years commercial experience as sales, marketing, business development in Energy industry
• Team management experience and key account management experience is preferred.
• Distributor management experience is plus
• Europe or US company working experience with solution selling model
