目前为欧美化工行业公司招募主操的职位，解决现场生产问题。 对现场工艺设备熟悉 

岗位职责：

-按照指定的发展模式和时间表（控制室操作和现场操作），成为合格的技术员

-理解并遵守安全政策和程序；编写工作许可证和其他安全许可证

-与维修人员和其他工厂员工有效沟通，如工艺工程师、环境工程师等。

-了解并“自主”遵守环境和其他监管要求

-理解并遵循操作程序（SOP）。识别何时可以改进程序，并启动变更管理流程来改进程序。

-职责包括按照规定的标准和目标操作设备，以实现生产和质量目标。

-阅读P&ID、程序和其他技术文件，以促进工厂运行

-报告事故并参与调查和故障分析

-定期巡视机组，检查和调整设备以确保正常运行，例如，读取温度和压力读数，调整泵密封冲洗，检查和添加润滑油，打开和关闭阀门，更换泵等。

-保持对工艺装置设备、装置操作、工艺中使用的原理或操作方法以及此类操作对相关设备的影响的最新、详细的知识和理解

-能够学习/执行基本的机械技能，例如拧紧阀门填料、安装和拆除小盲板、更换过滤器、振动监测等。

-使用系统化的过程来有效和安全地识别、调查和解决问题；解决过程问题和问题

-Participate in training to become a certified process technician following a designated progression model and schedule (control room operation and field operation)

-Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures; write work permits and other 

safety permits

-Interface effectively with maintenance personnel and other plant employees, e.g. process 

engineers, environmental engineers, etc.

-Understand and "own" compliance with environmental and other regulatory requirements

- Understand and follow operating procedures(SOPs).? Recognize when procedures can be 

improved and initiate change management process to improve procedures.

-Responsibilities include operating equipment to defined standards and targets to achieve 

production and quality objectives.

-Read P&IDs, procedures and other technical documentation to facilitate plant operation

-Report incidents and participate in investigations and failure analyses

-Make periodic rounds in units, checking and adjusting equipment to ensure proper operation, 

e.g. take temperature & pressure readings, make adjustments to pump seal flushes, check and 

add lubrication, open and close valves, swap pumps, etc. 

-Complete reports and record data such as field logs and reading sheets, work orders and 

safe work permits using prescribed forms

-Initiate work orders in SAP as appropriate

-Maintain current, detailed knowledge and understanding of process unit equipment, unit 

operations, principles or operating methods used in the process and the effects of such 

operations on equipment involved

-Ability to learn/perform basic mechanical skills, e.g. valve packing tightening, 

installation and removal of small blinds, filter change outs, vibration monitoring, etc.

-Uses systematic processes to identify, investigate, and resolve problems effectively and 

safely; troubleshoot process problems and issues

-Operate the following processes per Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Practices: 

o  Production of Nylon 6/6 Salt 

o  Batch production of Nylon 6/6 Polymer 

o  Continuous Polymerization (CP) production of Nylon 6/6 Polymer 

o  Transport control of Nylon 6/6 Polymer Flake after production

-Perform the tasks required to support the production of Nylon 6/6 Polymer including: 

o  Lab analyses, field checks, and troubleshooting of production processes 

o  Identify repairs needed to equipment or facility and submit repair requests notification 

o  Safely shutdown equipment and processes during emergency situations 

o  Accurately and completely fill out check sheets

-Operate to maintain high quality polymer production, on-aim and within product 

specifications 

-Perform timely corrective actions necessary to ensure product maintains on-aim parameters 

-Properly segregate an product that does not meet specifications 

-The ability to interconnect with all levels of the organization including, but not limited 

to, supervision, technical, maintenance, and peer operators

-Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor

任职资格：

-大专以上学历优先

-有外资企业化工企业经验有限

-英语读写能力，沟通能力优先

-College or above is preferred

-Foreign chemical company experience

-English reading or writing ability, communication skill will be a plus
