Job Description-EPO Quality Engineer
岗位工作地点：佛山 home base
Job Purpose:
Quality assurance for outsourcing products to deliver value to our internal customers. Improve product quality and supplier quality management to give satisfaction to our customers.
Job Scope:
Work with QA Manager for External Products, outsourcing suppliers, technical team and customer service team to select qualified suppliers, improve product quality and supplier quality management, and conduct quality inspection for external products.
Principal Task/Responsibilities:
- 1) Conduct quality management system audit for potential supplier to select qualified supplier.
- 2) Conduct quality system audit for supplier to find the area shall be improved.
- 3) Follow up effectiveness of corrective actions for the non-conformance in audit.
- 4) Give quality management related trainings to supplier.
- 5) Give suggestion to suppliers and help them improve quality management and meet customer requirements.
- 6) Collect and analyze quality data and evaluate supplier quality performance.
- 7) Set up specification for external products.
- 8) Set up quality control procedures with suppliers
- 9) Give product specification and quality training to suppliers.
- 10) Handle customer complaint related to external products.
- 11) Follow up and trace effectiveness of corrective actions for customer complaints.
- 12) Conduct quality inspection for external products.
- 13) Accompany with internal and external customer to visit or audit supplier plant when it is necessary.
- 14) Understand customer requirements of products and quality management system, help suppliers to improve quality management system when it is necessary.
Requirements:
- 1) University in macromolecule material, packing materials and/or food Engineering, and/or manufacturing engineering or similar.
- 2) Minimum three years quality management job experience. Has working background and knowledge of medical, food, FMCG or food packaging related are preferred.
- 3) Familiar with quality management system, such as ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, has statistics knowledge, such as 6 sigma, SPC and related quality tools are preferred.
- 4) Fluent in English and Mandarin – both written and oral.
- 5) Strong team and inter-personnel skills
- 6) Experience working with foreign companies.
- 7) Willing to domestic travel.
- 8) Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Minitab is preferred.
