汇报线：销售主管

职位描述

该职位负责阿特拉斯.科普柯工业工具事业部通用工业业务线福建区域的新客户开发和老客户维护

Mission:

To develop new customers, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.

· Continuously develop market share from new customers; find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.

· Distributor network development, product and salesforce training and daily management to distributors.

· Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.

· Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction

· Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and MTBs

· Report timely and accurately.

· Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

Candidate profile:

Education

· Bachelor degree or above with engineering background

本科及以上学历，工科相关专业，机械，自动化，计算机相关专业优先

Experience

· At least 2 years working experience as industry products sales related.

两年以上销售经验

· Industrial/machinery industry background is required

工业品行业销售经验，工业设备类销售，非标，项目型销售经验优先 

· Strong willingness to do sales job, hands on and hard working

主动性强，勤奋踏实，喜欢销售工作
