职位描述
This role leads the digital product development so as to expand the multiple touch-points of consumer; also daily management operations for Levi’s customization business in China. This individual will lead daily operations, key performance indicators, key initiatives and best practices discovery and implementation as well as co-work with multifunctional teams (operations, merchant, marketing and etc).
Key Responsibilities
Customization program
- Leads day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for the project-related initiatives and regular program. Projects span multiple web sites and brands, sales and operations, both domestic and international downloads.
- Leads plan’s execution (e.g. Project Control, Issues/Risk Management, estimated performance) to project success with collaboration of merchant, marketing, operation, internal IT and external vendors.
- Ensures timely and appropriate generation, collection, and dissemination of project information.
- Own customization P&L; Monitors KPIs for overall performance and identifies improvement areas or insights.
- Integrate online and offline to create consistent and seamless customization experience.
- Manage the quality and quantity of creative assists.
- Keep looking new technology and information to drive innovation of customization.
Digital product innovation
- Leading the best digital product experience for our consumers on as well as exploring into other possible collaboration in China digital omni-channel ecosystem including competitor analysis, product design, project management, stake holder management, vendor management, risk management, product data tracking and product optimizations.
- Be accountable for the product success considering the value for the consumer and the company (ROI). Drive with data support and own the product data in the area.
- Specify the relevant product vision and roadmap as well as user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the digital ecosystem.
- Build internal and external networks to leverage capabilities and accelerate on digital product implementation; follow up trends and competitor activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English.
- 5+ years’ experience in project management (PM/eCommerce preferred) with increasing leadership responsibilities; up to 3 years relevant experience with digital ecosystem (Wechat, CRM, O2O innovation, research institutes, authorities) and some digital technologies (BI, AI…).
- Solid understanding of and experience in ecommerce business to resolve issues and problems
- Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, can work under pressure.
- Fashion seeker or trend follower
