职位描述
此职位为第三方职位,暂时与第三方人力资源公司签合同。
Your Mission
Responsible for the sales incentive calculation.
Support the internal people movement (life cycle) process execution.
Assist in whole People performance management process, including year-end review and daily performance issues.
Fully implement annual benefit planning.
Analyze compensation data and advise fair salary proposal to ensure equitability in all levels.
Answer and handle employee queries and complaints about C&B-related issues.
Conduct annual review, bonus and related compensation management.
Provide professional C&B solutions for retail team and build up effective communication channel.
Ensure compensation practices are in line with company policy and government regulation.
Other Ad-hoc task or project assigned by line manager.
Your Talent
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferred;
- At least 1-2 years working experience related C&B function;
- Good at using office software;
- Clear logical thinking and good data analysis ability;
- Strong communication skills, good execution and sense of responsibility;
- Good English reading and writing skills.
